The energy solution company Home Power Solution GmbH (HPS) has been offering an energy-independent home energy system since March 2018. Picea is an energy storage, heating backup and ventilation unit in one and consists of battery, electrolyser and fuel cells. In addition, the waste heat generated during the operation of Picea is made available to the house for heating or hot water, thus additionally reducing your energy costs. HPS has now started the delivery of the first systems and can thus react to the strong customer demand.
"Starting delivery of the first commercial Picea systems means that we will be able to further optimize processes with our partners and installation companies, so that we can progressively cut down delivery and installation times. We also benefit from the extensive experience we have gained during the intensive field test phase with several systems in different regions of Germany.", said Henrik Colell, Managing Director of HPS Home Power Solutions GmbH.
The first Picea systems will be installed by HPS sales partners with the support of their own staff.
